Refund Policy

  • The amount was charged more than once for the same transaction.

  • The service was canceled by the company before being provided to the customer.

Refund requests will be reviewed by the management within a reasonable time frame (7 to 14 business days).
If approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Responsibilities and Liabilities

  • The customer is responsible for verifying the details of the service or property before completing the payment.

  • The company is not liable for any errors resulting from incorrect data entered by the customer.

  • Makarem Al-Jood Real Estate is not responsible for any additional charges or fees imposed by banks or payment service providers.

Service Cancellation

  • In the event the customer violates the terms or commits any legal violation, the company reserves the right to cancel the service without any obligation to refund the paid amounts.

  • The customer may request to cancel certain services (if applicable), according to each service’s specific policy.

Changes to Payment Terms

  • The company reserves the right to amend or update the payment terms and conditions at any time.

  • Any modifications will become effective once published on the website.

  • Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any disputes related to payment transactions will be referred to the competent judicial authorities within the Kingdom.
